• Molding Operator / 2nd Shift

    Our client, an Industrial manufacturer, is seeking a Molding Operator / 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Molding Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Molding Operator / 2nd Shift

    **Location:** DuBois, PA

    **Pay Range:** $15 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and monitor assigned molding presses efficiently.

    + Keep hoppers filled with the correct powder to maintain continuous operation.

    + Remove parts from the die area and place them on appropriate trays, ensuring proper stacking.

    + Continuously inspect parts during the production process for defects or deviations.

    + Measure parts at specified intervals to confirm compliance with factory orders and document findings.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Ability to follow safety protocols and demonstrate awareness of workplace hazards.

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

    + Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and move racks or parts efficiently.

    + Team player with the ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively.

    + Experience with forklifts and floor jacks is preferred (training may be provided).
