    Our client, Outdoor Lawn Care Product Industry is seeking 2nd Shift Material Handlers/Laborers to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Material Handlers/Laborer you will be part of the Production Team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, sense of urgency and ability to work in a diverse team which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** 2nd Shift Material Handlers/Laborers

    **Location:** Germantown, WI

     

    Pay Range: $17.34/hr. + 1.00 Shift Premium

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Ensure continuous material flow through shakers by breaking up bridging material.

    + Communicate with heavy equipment operators to maintain shaker supply.

    + Maintain finishing screens and perform regular cleaning duties (scraping, sweeping, shoveling).

    + Stack bags and assist with small bag line operations.

    + Restack pallets and perform general clean-up as directed by the foreman.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Dedicated and safety-conscious

    + Own vehicle not on a busline

    + Ability to work 3pm-3:30am Mon-Sat

    + Ability to work outdoors 50% of the time

    + Work in a dusty work enviornment and with a diverse workforce
