**Title:** SAS Developer

Position Overview:
+ This groups sits within Corp Risk at WF and they are responsible for second line of defense testing. This team is hiring due to increased demand of Financial Crimes regulations. The ideal candidate will be working for another large fs client with x, y, z background.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Develop and maintain SAS programs for data extraction, transformation (ETL), and reporting.
+ Work with large data sets from relational databases, flat files, and external systems.
+ Create automated SAS processes using macros, stored processes, and scheduling tools.
+ Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
+ Collaborate with business teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
+ Conduct data quality checks, validation, and reconciliation processes.
+ Document programs, data flows, and technical processes.
Position Requirements:
+ 5+ years of experience as a SAS Developer or Programmer Analyst.
+ Strong knowledge of Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS Enterprise Guide, and/or SAS Viya.
+ Experience with SQL, data modeling, and querying databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata).
+ Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines.
