    Our client, a leader in food processing and innovation, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Facilities Department supporting lab operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and mechanical troubleshooting expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

     

    Pay Range: $25/hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic lab equipment

    + Perform annual preventive maintenance across lab systems

    + Interpret assembly drawings, manuals, and logic principles to resolve equipment issues

    + Collaborate with vendors for complex troubleshooting

    + Train and support associates in equipment operation and maintenance

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + ​​​​​​​3–5 years of experience in food processing or related field

    + Strong communication and teamwork skills

    + Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge

    + Understanding of GMP and food safety standards

    + Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
