Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Technical Specialist, you will be part of the project management team supporting various critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Senior Technical Specialist

**Location:** Sacramento, California

**Pay Range:** $52.00

What's the Job?

+ Conduct detailed analysis, development, and maintenance of business and technical requirements.

+ Map current state business processes and analyze them to identify gaps.

+ Facilitate Joint Application Requirements (JAR) and Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with Subject Matter Experts and technical staff.

+ Write and troubleshoot SQL code for Oracle 11g and Oracle 19C to design back-end queries.

+ Perform system testing duties, including writing scripts, executing tests, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

+ A minimum of fifteen (15) years of project work and technical writing experience.

+ At least ten (10) years of experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR).

+ Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports, particularly in Power BI.

+ Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Microsoft Visio, Service Now, Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, and qTest.
