Our client, a leader in the IT industry, is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to join their team. As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will be part of the RTC Operational Excellence team supporting Voice & Video infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a process improvement mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: Based on the experience

What's the Job?

+ Collaborate with the operational excellence team to establish high-level solution needs and technical requirements.

+ Analyze technical data processing routines and drive solutions that enhance process efficiency and controls.

+ Lead strategic initiatives focused on fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

+ Oversee technical, process, and service deliverables against various risk programs.

+ Design service management improvement plans and automate tasks to enhance service quality.

What's Needed?

+ Experience with methods and tools for documenting system designs and data flows.

+ Understanding of SQL and ability to write queries for data validation.

+ Knowledge of analysis and project management disciplines, processes, and tools.

+ Proven ability to monitor and manage issues, risks, and dependencies.

+ Strong reporting skills and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
