Bard Manufacturing Company, Inc., a leader in the HVAC industry, has an opening for a Quality Clerk at our facility in Bryan, OH.

Role Overview:

The Quality Clerk is responsible for the accurate entry and maintenance of Scrap, DMR, FPY, Run Test records for Bryan plant and Madison when required. He / She will give support to the department processing and filing the department's documentation, assist with calibration and Supplier Part Inspection.

Key Responsibilities include:

+ Create charts to enhance data analysis of Scrap, FPY, DMRs, and Run Test.

+ Create and manage internal and external DMR’s

+ Manage Quality Department Inventory (HW)

+ Assist with Calibrations

+ Cycle Counts

+ Suspect material inspection

+ All other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

+ A high school diploma or GED is required.

+ HVAC knowledge is preferred.

+ Good written and oral communication skills

+ Excellent organizational skills

+ Detail-oriented

+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
