Job Description
Are you a talented People Data Engineer looking for their next role? We are seeking People Data Engineers to join our team & leverage data to drive our people strategies & improve employee experiences. This Data Engineer will work within our clients internal systems (Workday & Greenhouse) to fix preexisting data, while bringing new data sources in to implement. As the Data Engineer in the People & Places organization, you will be responsible for building and managing the core data pipelines and analytics tooling that power critical HR reporting functionality. This highly sensitive work requires the utmost care and discretion to ensure the security and integrity of confidential employee data as you develop the systems that HR relies on for important decision-making.
Compensation:
$49/hr to $69/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Primary Responsibilities:
Design, Develop & Maintain data pipelines & ETL processes to collect, process & Store people related Data
Build & Optimize data models to support analytics & reporting needs
Ensure data security & compliance with relevant regulations & company policies
Troubleshoot & resolve Data-related issues & discrepancies
Continuously improve data processes & systems to enhance efficiency & accuracy

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves
• 5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer
Preferably in People Data analytics
• Strong experience working with Snowflake, DBT & ETL; Snowflake DBT
• Experience working with Git Hub & 5 Tran
• Experience migrating data from Greenhouse to Workday, using ETL processes
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL Processes & Data Warehousing
• Excellent Problem-solving skills & attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams & communicate with stakeholders
Extensive experience with Data visualization tools; Tableau, Power BI Plusses:
