Job Description
A large technology company is looking for a REMOTE Human Resources Operations & Project Manager to join an established team. This person will leverage and build upon their business, operations, and project management skills, while acquiring an end-to-end view of the organization. As an HR Operations and Project Manager, you will leverage your expertise in HR Operations in implementing transformative HR programs, processes, and resources for project implementations and continuous improvement. You will support end to end HR people programs in a fast-paced startup-like environment with direct impact on the engagement of the organization.
The key responsibilities include:
Determine current state program and process gaps and makes recommendations for improved workflows, while collaborating with working groups to document future state processes.
Create project plans with timelines and identify risks and blockers to execution.
Drive end to end logistical support for program event deliverables in areas such as communications, enrollment, attendance/meeting management, and closeout.
Capture, document, and manage all project requirements and objectives in the appropriate platforms and tools and maintain consistent reporting across multiple projects.
Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives.
Use excellent communication skills and initiative-taking behavior to inform, escalate, build consensus, and drive change across stakeholders.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel), SharePoint and OneDrive.
Work cross-functionally with HRBPs (HR Business Partners), key stakeholders, and SMEs to support programs and solutions to drive business transformation within HR.
Track and report project performance to key stakeholders and senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
Develop and implement project plans, governance, communication cadence, project tools, and project structure to effectively deliver programs/projects.

Skills and Requirements
2-5+ years operations and project management experience successfully leading HR operations and the coordination of multiple projects and programs in a high-growth, customer-focused global organization (ideally high tech field).
Demonstrated execution excellence, attention to detail, and follow-through within the onboarding space.
Experience running end to end planning, initiation, execution, and coordination for highly visible people programs across the organization. Programs include Onboarding, Management Excellence, Employee Engagement, and Talent Activities.
Ability to learn fast, acquire unfamiliar competencies and accept new challenges.
Experience in utilizing information systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, shared folders).
Willingness to share technical and business knowledge with project and operations team members.
Strong collaborator with outstanding communication, organizational, and people skills.
Experience working successfully with geographically distributed teams.
Relevant HCM project management skills, and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical team members.
High attention to details and the patience to pursue things many of us miss.
