• Sr. Application Specialist

    Job Description

    An oil and gas client of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Application Specialist to join their Operational Applications team in Houston, Tx. This individual will provide comprehensive support for Hexagon's j5 application, including performing technical back-end configurations to customize and optimize the j5 application, troubleshooting issues, and managing change requests from the business in preparation for the startup process of gas operations. They will holistically assess and integrate business and IT requirements to ensure seamless operations across the organization, and ultimately assist in the stand up of Hexagon's J5 application as the company moves into production phase. The Sr. Application Specialist must understand how the business operates holistically and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This person must be local and willing to report onsite in Downtown Houston 5 days/week with occasional travel to Beaumont. The pay range for this role is dependent upon experience and will be between $70-100/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    3+ years of experience supporting Hexagon's j5 application.

     

    Experience performing technical back-end configurations to customize and optimize j5 applications.

     

    Prior experience triaging and managing change requests from the business. Prior experience supporting Aveva PI and Enablon applications. null
