Job Description
An employer is seeking a detail-oriented Integration Project Manager to support the Value Creation Program for a recent acquisition. This role will report into the Integration Management Office (IMO) and coordinate cross-functional integration activities. The focus will be on driving execution against defined value drivers. This is an execution-focused role with no executive-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Value Creation track in further developing their Day 1 and End State value creation plans
Coordinate integration activities across specific workstreams (e.g., Vendor Migration) and value creation tracks under the guidance of the IMO
Maintain and update all program tools in Smartsheet, including project plans, RAID logs and reporting dashboards
Support execution against key value drivers by ensuring teams stay aligned on deliverables, timelines, and dependencies
Track and report progress, escalate risks and blockers to the IMO
Facilitate weekly meetings, document action items, and follow through with stakeholders
Monitor progress against Day 1, and end state integration milestones
Consolidate updates from workstream and tracks and assist in preparing the IMO for executive reporting
Serve as the coordination hub between workstreams and the IMO

Skills and Requirements
- Strong project management skills (2-5 years)
- Can run meetings independently and capture actions items
- Strong written skills and verbal skills (English)
- Experience working at a software company and understanding -Integration management null
