    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a Sales Associate for one of their premier clients in Chicago, Illinois. This role will be responsible for developing a strong foundation of sales knowledge before being promoted into a Sales Executive. He/she can anticipate learning logistics and 3PL industry knowledge, executing sales fundamentals, maintaining existing accounts portfolio, and be part of an extensive training program to build up their skills to develop them for their sales career. This individual can anticipate a fast-paced environment where they will be guided by a mentor to ensure progress and KPIs are executed.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    Bachelors degree

     

    2-3 years of experience working within a Transportation or Logistics company

     

    The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

     

    Strong personality and willingness to learn, develop and grow

     

    Ability to persevere beyond daily sales challenge and pursue long-term goals Previous sales exposure
