Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on Salesforce solutions, and a proven track record of driving successful implementations that enhance sales processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies for Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations, aligning with business goals and market needs.

Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud projects on time and within budget, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, IT, and other departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Solution Design: Design and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to improve sales processes, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

User Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Salesforce Sales Cloud by end-users.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and identify areas for improvement.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with Salesforce and other third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and support.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud as a Product Manager or consultant

Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.

Experience writing user stories (completely on their own, from scratch)
