Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an eager, skilled, video editor or animator for an internship based out of our Chattanooga office! As a post-production intern you will work closely with the entire production team, reporting directly to our Post Supervisor. You will be responsible for administrative tasks like file management and data logging, as well as handling small projects. Being an intern at Humanaut will allow you the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience within a unique hybrid ad agency/production company that produces most of its content in-house.

Duties:

+ Organizing and archiving project data

+ Assisting video editors with client projects

+ Working on internal edit projects/social content

+ Assisting with VFX/compositing

+ Creating small animations/motion graphics content

+ Searching stock databases for footage/music/photo

+ Filling out spreadsheets with project data

Qualifications:

+ Familiarity with video editing software, especially Final Cut Pro

+ Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects

+ Posses a high attention to detail: being organized, proactive, and motivated

+ Must be reliable and have a *flexible schedule

+ Experience with animation, motion graphics, color grading and/or sound mixing a plus

Our internships are offered for a period of 13 weeks (flexible) and are paid at an hourly rate based on experience.

*Flexibility of working hours is a must as this internship may require occasional evenings and weekends.
