About the Role:
This CBRE Global Titles Program Manager supporting The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints account, you will be responsible for a global effort to validate internal property ownership data for a worldwide portfolio. You will work closely with a global team with broad responsibilities including finance, legal, HR, real estate, and records and compliance.
What You’ll Do:
+ Lead out on a defined process for data collection and ownership validation of properties throughout the world
+ Coordinate efforts of a global team located in different countries and time zones and provide training on established data collection procedures, reporting requirements, and database management
+ Utilize dashboards, task management, and other technology to monitor data collection and key milestones
+ Ensure timeliness of project and accuracy of information collected
+ Identify missing properties to ensure an accurate internal database of owned properties
+ Regularly present progress and issues to key stakeholders using a variety of systems
+ Understand and explain different types of property title
+ Manage project budget and accurately track expenditures against project budget
+ Develop and recommend solutions to leadership for obstacles that arise
+ Oversee contracts with third party consultants and data providers
+ Develop real estate plans with an understanding of strategic goals
+ Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipate potential objections and persuade others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view
+ Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams
+ Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies
+ Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence
+ Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need:
+ As the position requires the candidate to work on-site at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
+ Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
