    As a CNA (STNA) serving the Youngstown area , you’ll provide day-to-day care and ongoing support to patients and their families. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity through regular visits and thoughtful communication.     STNA - CNA Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    STNA - CNA Qualifications:

    + Must be certified by the state as a nurse's aide with an unrestricted, active aide certification.

    + 6 months of current experience as a Hospice Aide or Nurse Aide is required.

    + Must have completed an Ohio State Department of Health Competency Test from an accredited program with a minimum requirement of 75 hours of certification

    + Hospice or Home Health Agency experience preferred.

    + Must possess interpersonal skills sufficient to interact effectively with patients and their families, as well as all interdisciplinary caregivers, peers, subordinates, and supervisors.

    + Must exhibit or demonstrate the ability to learn computer skills related to required clinical software and electronic clinical record utilization.

    + Must have a reliable vehicle/transportation, a valid driver's license, required automobile insurance, and the ability to safely and independently operate said vehicle.

    STNA Schedule & Benefits:
