About the Role:
As a CBRE PM Market Ops Specialist, you will provide routine operational support and coordinate a variety of departmental and financial activities for a local market area and its leaders.
Working onsite in Cincinnati, OH USA.
What You’ll Do:
+ Provide basic financial, logistical, and operational support to the Property Management group.
+ Manage database of management and leasing contract information.
+ Create new job requisitions, coordinate meetings, and be the point of contact for new hire onboarding.
+ Assist with the monthly forecasting process.
+ Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, acquisitions, transitions, and business proposals and other business metrics.
+ Aid in the processing of vendor invoices, billing(s), expense reports, and accounts receivables.
+ Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
+ Impact's own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
+ Some marketing and social media posting, event coordination, and PowerPoint presentations.
+ Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

+ High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
+ A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
+ Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

Pay Range
Based on skills and experience, pay range is between $56,160 and $62,400/year ($27.00 and $30.00/hour.)
