We offer a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing you to enjoy the best of both worlds with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days working remotely each week. This position is in Alexandria, VA
About the role:
Be part of a dynamic forward-thinking Worksite Group Voluntary Benefits team focused on providing an elevated client experience and comprehensive portfolio of life and supplemental health products striving to deliver total health and wellbeing to employer groups and their employees.
The 5 Star Life Director, Sales Enablement and Innovation is a sales development and enablement role responsible for finding, developing and implementing strategic direction as provided by the VP of Sales, with a focus on developing new channels and support tools for new business, premium payment with a charge to organize data and provide in depth analysis on trend and forecasted outcomes relative to sales and product utilization.
Below are some of the major job responsibilities:
+ Advance Vision and Strategy: The role is responsible for advancing the vision, strategy, and methodologies to identify new products and services, introduce disruptive ideas, improve processes, and foster a culture of differentiation within the company.
+ Collaborate with Sales Team: The employee will work directly with the VP of Sales and the Sales team on specific growth and improvement initiatives, supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new field technology, and creating project management plans for their deployment.
+ Data Analysis and Recommendations: The role involves creating and analyzing data to make actionable recommendations on payment allocation, sales trends, liability trends, and process reviews.
+ Innovation and Change Management: The employee will embrace and implement an innovation strategy, define objectives and measures to further company goals, and direct change management innovation sales projects, including resource and budget stewardship.
+ Promote a Culture of Innovation: The role includes seeking new opportunities with partners for global growth, collaborating with internal teams, providing training resources, and promoting a culture of innovation that supports experimentation and rewards new ideas.
