    About the Role

     

    As a CBRE Control Panel Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electrical control panels to UL 508A standards using provided electrical termination drawings crafted by our design team.

     

    This job is part of the Smart Solutions function. They are responsible for the development, design, and implementation of CBRE’s Smart Facilities Management product line.

     

    What You’ll Do

     

    Interpret, comprehend, and follow electrical wiring drawings.

     

    Assemble and wire light industrial electrical control panels.

     

    Prep materials and assembly kits.

     

    Conduct quality control checks.

     

    Assist with managing inventory by storing, organizing, and supervising various materials.

     

    Assist with packaging and palletizing parts and panels.

     

    Maintain and care for tools and equipment.

     

    Maintain a clean and well-organized work environment.

     

    Communicate effectively with supervisor and other team members.

     

    Use various software programs to supervise and report on projects, and project related information.

     

    Follow all safety procedures, at all times.

     

    Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

     

    What You’ll Need

     

    High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.

     

    Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs.

     

    A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.

     

    Ability to evaluate and communicates unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.

     

    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

     

    Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

     

    Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
