Job Summary:
Alluvionic is seeking a Program Analyst II to support the US Marshals Service contract for the Judicial Security Division. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in inventory management software. The employee must maintain accurate records with an asset-tracking system, identify trends, solve problems, and make informed decisions.

Clearance Required: Yes – Obtain a High-Risk Public Trust (T4)

Responsibilities:
+ Maintain a comprehensive inventory of company assets, including equipment and property. Plan for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal utilization and longevity.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for asset management, prepare reports to assess asset performance, and identify areas for improvement.
+ Engage in activities related to budgeting and forecasting for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.
+ Familiarity with industry standards and best practices encompasses knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards concerning inventory and asset management.
+ Demonstrate proficiency in using inventory management software and asset tracking systems.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree.
+ Minimum of three years of specialized experience.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex data.
+ Knowledge of relevant software and systems, as well as familiarity with industry standards and best practices concerning inventory and asset management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365, including fluency in basic Excel functions, computations, and pivot tables.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous government agency experience.
