    Position Description

    We help our patients and visitors live well by providing a clean and safe hospital. As an EVS Area Leader, you help with organizing and coordinating cleaning tasks across the hospital:

     

    * Training staff

    * Cleaning tasks/processes

    * Equipment operation

    * Delegating work duties

    * Cleaning inspections

    * Responding to and assigning work requests

    * Adjusting staff schedules

    * Dispatching staff to clean patient rooms

    * and more!

     

    Pay Details

    Pay Rate: Starting at $17/hour

    + $2.00 Weekend shift differential

    + $1.60 2nd shift differential

    + $5.50 3rd shift differential

     

    Holiday Pay Time and a Half

    Shift Details:

    1st Shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm + rotating weekends

     

    2nd Shift – 4:00 pm – 12:30 pm + rotating weekends

    Scheduled Weekly Hours:

    * 40 hours per week

    * Flexible per diem shifts are also available

    Position Requirements:

    * High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

    * A minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping is preferred.

    * Be able to follow verbal and written instructions.

    * Basic computer skills required: email, eLearning, Ipad, Vocera, and pagers.

    * Able to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, handling fluctuating workloads.

    * Work Status:Mon-Fri w/every other weekend, 3pm-11:30pm;
