    Overview

    **Position:** Physical Therapist - Outpatient

    **Location:** Glen Allen, VA

    **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday-Friday

    **Compensation:** $78,000 - $85,000/year (pending experience)

    **Incentives:** Student loan payment program ($350/month)

     

    At Select Physical Therapy, we take pride in creating an exceptional patient experience, helping our patients get back to athletics, work, life, and the things they love. This is a start-up outpatient orthopedic clinic opening in Glen Allen in July 2025. There will be a requirement for the physical therapist to float between the local Richmond area outpatient centers as we build our patient volume, and then will ultimately be full-time in the Glen Allen center.

    Responsibilities

    + Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations

    + Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients

    + Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors

    + Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

    Qualifications

    + Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school

    + Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

    + CPR certification
