Responsibilities

+ Provides evaluation, architecture, engineering/design and implementation services for new products, technologies

+ Help establish technology, documentation, and implementation standards for current and future deployments.

+ Interpret business and medical requirements into actionable voice technology deliverables.

+ Capable of moving projects forward with minimal supervision or oversight.

+ Personally motivated to learn new technologies, understand organizational challenges and use creative processes to deliver improved services for our patents, staff, and ministry.

+ Ability to travel up to 10% and work varied or non-business hours during implementations.

+ Remote eligible.

Qualifications

+ BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience is required.

+ Ten (5) or more years of experience in technology solutions engineering, technical infrastructure

+ 3-5 years of experience in large complex project oversight

+ Established understanding of Infrastructure and relative technologies.

+ Established understanding of network connectivity and protocols.

+ Qualified candidates must possess a combination of business, technical and leadership skills.

+ Candidate must be change advocates and innovators, quick learners, results-oriented, and creators of compellingtechnology roadmaps.

+ Ability to develop and organize written documentation and procedures is required.

+ Ability to exercise good judgment in determining work and problem resolution priorities and approaches.

+ Strong conflict resolution skills.

+ Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment.

+ Be change advocates and innovators, quick learners, results-oriented, and creators of compellingtechnology roadmaps. Mentoring and influencing others in a matrixed team environment is critical to success.

+ Demonstrated domain specific knowledge in multiple technologies is preferred, including but not limited to:Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS)Software as a Service (SaaS) Application setup and designPublic and Private Domain Naming Service (DNS)Active Directory Domain ServicesNetwork Core Services (DHCP, DNS, TCP, Printing etc.)Windows/Unix/Linux Operating SystemsStorage and SAN SystemsDisaster Recovery and Business ContinuityVirtualization HypervisorsPhysical Compute/ Server HardwareLoad BalancingPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI) and CryptographyInfrastructure Vulnerability Remediation and Mitigation

+ Demonstrated expertise in the areas of:Enterprise Solutions Architecture and Engineering of complex applications/systemsDiagnostics and reverse engineering of complex applications/systems for the purpose of problem resolution.Infrastructure SecuritySecOps/DevOp including API and ScriptingStrong time management and task focused delivery capabilities. Industry certifications a plus MCSE, MCSA, Azure Certified Professional, CISSP, CCSP, Sec+) One or more years of experience in the healthcare or medical industry a plusKnowledge of HIPAA and HITRUST, Security Privacy plus, and Generally Accepted Privacy Principles

Pay Range

$45.95 - $66.63 /hour
