Overview *** This position is contingent upon contract award *** SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Enterprise Architecture Lead supports a large Information Technology (IT) support services contract for our government customer. The Enterprise Architecture Lead is responsible for management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of engineering and service delivery of the multiple complex intelligence engineering solutions. The program supports theater communications architecture and enhancing interoperability between the customer and Allied mission partners. The services performed under this contract will include, but are not limited to, End User help services, network services (WAN/LAN), Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), Mobile communications, System Administration, Command and Control (C2), Application/System Support, Project Management, Engineering Services (System/Network), Software Engineering and Application Development, Cyber Security, Logistics Management, Storage and Virtualization, Knowledge Management, and Enterprise Architecture Services. Essential Job Duties Participate in and assist the customer with operational evaluations of advanced technologies. Assist in developing standards, processes, and tools to identify and document intelligence architectural shortfalls, resource requirements associated with current and emerging intelligence systems and concepts, and to assess resources required to achieve target architectures and design. Assist in implementing and operating a Knowledge Management (KM) process to improve tools and processes for publishing, disseminating, analyzing, and managing of intelligence information. Assist in developing, designing, implementing, and transforming intelligence platforms. Participate in planning, designing, documenting and implementing Exercise Architectures following the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) process and provide on-site integration and troubleshooting. Minimum Requirements Possess a TS clearance with SCI eligibility. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or Intelligence Studies from an accredited institution. A minimum of ten years of experience leading complex intelligence IT engineering and design efforts of similar size and complexity to the requirements of this TOR. A minimum of five years of architectural experience developing U.S. and coalition intelligence architectures, including gap analysis, coordination with Army and coalition partners, multinational intelligence-sharing, and the translation of Army and DoD processes into technical solutions. A minimum of three years of experience leading complex intelligence IT efforts involving KM implementation, architectural planning, troubleshooting, and integration of intelligence architectures into operational environments and exercise architectures in accordance with the JELC. Preferred Qualifications A master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or intelligence studies from an accredited institution. A minimum of three years of experience assessing and recommending technical and systems engineering concepts to integrate Technical/Single-Source Intelligence Task, Processes, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) architectures into operational designs and concepts. A minimum of three years of experience in cloud-based coalition architectures and the development of interoperability standards to support current and future multinational intelligence operations and exercises. A minimum of five years of experience advising policymakers on emerging information policies, regulations, and IT system design considerations, as well as developing long-term IT system forecasts to support evolving mission requirements. Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to lift and/or move objects or packages of up to 25 lbs.
