As a **Security Professional - Front Desk** in **Sunnyvale, CA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare and more .

As a Front Desk Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will be stationed at the main entrance, greeting visitors and assisting with access control procedures. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to all guests and staff. You will monitor entry points, check badges, and respond to inquiries, all while upholding our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork. Your role is essential in creating a welcoming and orderly environment, always acting with integrity and putting people first.

Fri10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Sat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

Responsibilities:

+ Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff at the front desk in a professional manner.

+ Monitor access to the healthcare facility by verifying identification and managing visitor logs.

+ Respond to security-related incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and emergency response.

+ Communicate with facility staff and emergency personnel as needed during incidents.

+ Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior.

+ Document incidents and unusual activities according to established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least 6 months of security experience is required.

+ CA Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
