    *JOB SUMMARY*

     

    The Employee Health nurse is responsible for evaluating and monitoring the health of Team members as well as tracking and reporting data related to employee health and maintains employee health files. Responsible for maintaining OSHA regulations and Joint Commission standards. As the Occupational Health nurse responsibilities include performing occupational health services, such as drug screens, lab draws, injections, and immunizations, workers' comp visit workups, and other clinical needs for the Occupational Health office.

     

    *Minimum Education*

    Associate's degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
