Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Mac System Administrator responsible for guiding and overseeing maintenance of mobile delivery applications for a Federal Customer. This candidate will support mobile applications on platforms, including Apple iPads and Microsoft Surface tablets. In this role, it is critical to collaborate with The Mobile Apps Tech Lead to ensure secure applications, ensuring exceptional performance and user experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as a Macintosh (Mac) systems administrator and maintain responsibility for planning and implementing software, hardware, network, and Web technologies associated with project operations.

• Accomplish troubleshooting, revisions, and updates to ensure maximum user satisfaction and system security and integrity.

• Manage the organization's network.

• Act as the team's primary Mac help desk contact for hardware, software, server, network, and database problems.

• Accomplish queries, extractions, and report programming to meet new functional requirements.

• Review and prioritize network needs and analyze project costs and feasibility. Develop network systems analysis standards and methodologies consistent with technical requirements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

• 4+ years of experience supporting a desktop environment, including troubleshooting

• Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining network equipment

• Knowledge of Mac OSX, including multiple iterations and troubleshooting in an enterprise environment

• Knowledge of Apple integration in a Windows environment, including Mac computers and mobile devices

• Ability to follow and develop SOPs

• Bachelor's degree

Desired qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with Apple app development

• Experience with SharePoint

• Ability to be a self-starter and display excellent work ethic

• Possession of excellent client service, organizational, and critical thinking skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $83,900 - $185,800.00.
