Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with both government and contractor development teams to support full lifecycle activities related to application development and O&M. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the elicitation, analysis, and refinement of technical requirements and specifications as provided by system stakeholders. The Senior Software Engineer shall contribute to all phases of lifecycle development, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and sustainment, ensuring high-quality and mission-aligned technical solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
+ Active Top Secret Clearance
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications
+ Minimum of 10+ years of hands-on Java Development
+ 10+ years of hands-on APEX development
+ 5-10 years of experience of full stack development including analysis, designing, developing, debugging, troubleshooting, and testing web applications; experience with ASP.NET Framework version 4.x above is required. Working knowledge of ASP.NET Core 3.x above is a plus.
+ Strong JavaScript/Ajax Application Development
+ Extensive hands-on experience with Angular 13 and up for robust front-end development
+ Strong experience with Microservices architecture Strong cloud/ AWS experience (Console, RDS, S3, EBS, AMIs, IaaS); Preferable AWS Certified Developer certification.
+ Proficiency in using the Spring Cloud framework for building and deploying Microservices.
+ Experience with Spring Security, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
+ Familiarity with JWT (JSON Web Token) for secure communication
+ Expertise in using Spring Data JPA for efficient data access and manipulation.
+ Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
+ Ability to write complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
+ Strong understanding of Git for version control and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
+ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized application development and orchestration.
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
+ Experience with Agile methodology experience
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
+ Solid experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning.
+ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and authentication/authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
+ Experience in writing unit tests and integration tests for both front-end and back-end components.
+ Experience with NEST-JS
+ Strong experience in .NETasp
+ Development experience in a general object-oriented language; C# is required.
+ Experience with model-view-controller (MVC) frameworks such as ASP.NET. Experience developing and maintaining web services; experience with WCF and Web APIs preferable.
+ Experience deigning and maintaining user interfaces (UI) with HTML, JavaScript, CSS; experience working with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, vue.js, Node.JS, vutify.js, Chart.js, Bootstrap preferable; experience with Telerik controls UI Ajax, Kendo UI preferable.
+ Experience deploying web application in a production environment using Internet Information Services (IIS 7.5+).
+ Basic experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and above.

The likely salary range for this position is $158,846 - $214,910. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
