Our work depends on a **ServiceNow Developer Senior** joining our team to be responsible for the development and administration of solutions within ServiceNow environments.
The **ServiceNow Developer Senior** will work with team members, customers, and external vendors to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise. Daily activities will include developing solutions within ServiceNow, assisting with the integration of other apps/tools with ServiceNow, system administration, report development, and testing of the product and its sub-modules.
HOW A SERVICENOW DEVELOPER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
+ Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module.
+ Design, develop and configure role-based access, approval workflows, custom forms, and conditional logic tailored to user types using the SCRUM framework within Agile methodology.
+ Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems such as Workday, Active Directory/LDAP, Lenel, DSX, and ID verification tools.
+ Participate in and support ServiceNow version upgrades.
+ Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document business and technical requirements.
+ Offer technical solutions to address requirements, evaluate alternate solutions, and perform analysis to determine technical courses of action.
+ Provide leadership and expertise to projects driving the design, creation, testing, and delivery of technical functionality.
+ Create technical architecture, design, and user guide documentation.
+ Support business growth and proposal teams by writing proposal sections, providing guidance, and contributing to the creation of cost and effort estimates.
+ Grow junior talent through mentoring, partnership, and technical reviews.
+ Contribute to and review white papers and contract artifacts.
+ Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products.
+ Maintain current ServiceNow industry certifications, while obtaining additional certifications.
+ Contribute to IT-related technical process reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvement.
+ Create estimations on effort required to produce ServiceNow functionality.
+ Other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
+ Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree and 3+ years of experience or equivalent years of experience
+ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including configuration and development to include the Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) module.
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or ability to obtain within 30 days of start
+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ability to obtain within 30 days of start
+ Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including AI, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, Catalog Items, and integration tools (REST APIs, MID Servers, etc.).
+ Experience working in federal or highly regulated environments, with awareness of compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and secure data handling practices.
+ Demonstrated ability to configure role-based access, complex approval workflows, custom forms, and conditional logic tailored to user types (e.g., visitors, employees, foreign nationals).
+ Familiarity with integration practices involving enterprise systems such as Workday, Active Directory/LDAP, physical access control systems (e.g., Lenel, DSX), and ID verification tools.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing, cross-functional team, gather requirements, and translate them into functional configurations.

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire.
