The Boeing Company is seeking a **Mid-Level or Senior Supply Base Management Specialist** (Level 3 or Level 4) to join our team located in **New York.**
The selected individual preferred living in the New York state to support regional supplier assignments on the East region team. The primary focus will entail supplier engagement with regional area suppliers, to drive improved quality and delivery performance.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Facilitates supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations
+ Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies
+ Analyzes and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance data to identify risks, issues and opportunities
+ Develops mitigation plans
+ Identifies and participates in supplier and business improvement activities
+ Provides outcomes for potential integration into contracting strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 7+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
+ 5+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
+ 3+ year of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
+ Able and willing to travel domestically (up to 50-75% of the time)
+ and international as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher
+ Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 3: $88,400 - $119,400
Level 4: $102,850 – $139,150
