About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Software Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. As a key technical leader, you will work across teams to define system architecture, establish best practices, and guide the development of applications that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
+ Design and architect end-to-end software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements
+ Define and enforce software development standards, patterns, and best practices
+ Lead architectural reviews, code quality initiatives, and performance optimizations
+ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, DevOps, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals
+ Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, providing recommendations for adoption
+ Ensure software is secure, scalable, maintainable, and performant
+ Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams
+ Create and maintain architectural documentation, system diagrams, and technical roadmaps
Requirements
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
+ 7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in an architectural role
+ Strong knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
+ Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript)
+ Experience designing cloud-native applications (preferably on Azure, AWS, or GCP)
+ Familiarity with microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in enterprise software architecture
+ Working knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR)
+ Hands-on experience with database design, caching strategies, and messaging systems
+ Exposure to AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics architectures is a plus
