Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Recruiter to join our client's team in Birmingham, Alabama. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing top talent, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Utilize platforms like CareerBuilder to identify and attract top talent.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

• Conduct cold calls and outreach to engage passive candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

• Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Requirements • Proven experience in corporate recruiting, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.

• Proficiency in using CareerBuilder and other recruiting tools to source candidates.

• Strong ability to conduct cold calls and engage with passive candidates.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.

• Familiarity with recruitment strategies in the retail or financial services industry is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
