Description We are looking for an experienced Community Relations Liaison to join our dynamic team in Katy, Texas. This role involves building strong relationships within the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on hospice services, to enhance community engagement and support families during critical times. The position offers flexibility, a competitive salary, and bonus incentives for achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and community organizations to promote hospice services.

• Provide compassionate support at patients' bedsides, assisting families in navigating hospice care options.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet quotas and business objectives.

• Represent the organization at community events, hospital meetings, and other networking opportunities.

• Maintain and utilize CRM tools to track interactions, monitor progress, and ensure effective follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach efforts with organizational goals.

• Conduct educational presentations to increase awareness of hospice services within the community.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and partnerships.

• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to families and healthcare providers. Requirements • Proven experience in community relations, hospice care, or a related medical field.

• Strong understanding of hospice services and the ability to communicate their value effectively.

• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and achieving business targets.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management systems.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
