About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven QA Automation Engineer to join our quality engineering team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust automated test suites to ensure the delivery of high-quality software. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about software testing, automation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and develop automated test scripts using modern test frameworks

+ Collaborate with developers and product teams to define test strategies and acceptance criteria

+ Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests

+ Execute, analyze, and report on test results to ensure product quality

+ Perform regression testing on new software releases

+ Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and verify fixes

+ Contribute to improving test coverage, performance, and reliability

+ Document test cases, procedures, and results for internal use

Requirements

Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience in QA automation or software testing

+ Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#

+ Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium

+ Hands-on experience with REST API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

+ Knowledge of test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

+ Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar

+ Solid understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies

Nice to Have:

+ Experience testing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, GCP)

+ Familiarity with performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)

+ ISTQB or other QA-related certifications
