Our client, a fast-growing company in North County San Diego, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who can provide critical insights and drive decision-making across their operations. This role is perfect for someone with advanced analytical skills and a passion for building data-driven financial strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes across multiple departments.

    + Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analyses to guide business decisions.

    + Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and profitability analyses.

    + Collaborate with senior leadership to drive performance improvements and achieve operational goals.

    + Monitor and report on KPIs and business metrics, helping teams stay agile against market trends.

    + Support ad hoc projects and provide recommendations to improve organizational efficiency.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    + 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis roles.

    + Proficiency in Excel (building macros, pivot tables, and advanced financial formulas) and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

    + Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.

    + Strategic mindset paired with a high attention to detail.
