    Description

    We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced technical support and serve as a key escalation point for complex user issues. The Senior Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. This role will also play a critical part in systems deployment, imaging, and supporting VIP users and business-critical functions.

     

    + Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals (Windows/macOS).

    + Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

    + Support and manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

    + Assist in imaging, deploying, and maintaining end-user devices using tools such as SCCM, Intune, or MDT.

    + Document processes, known issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system and knowledge base.

    + Work closely with other IT teams on systems upgrades, migrations, and project rollouts.

    + Support VIPs and executive users with high-priority and sensitive IT requests.

    + Maintain and enforce IT security protocols, updates, and compliance standards.

    Requirements

    + 3–5+ years of experience in desktop support or a related IT support role.

    + Strong expertise with Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, and common enterprise applications.

    + Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, drivers, software, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).

    + Experience with device imaging and deployment tools (e.g., SCCM, Autopilot, Intune).

    + Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote desktop tools.

    + Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills.

    + Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified, ITIL).
