Our client, a prestigious and well-established plaintiff-side law firm located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Plaintiff Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team. This is a unique opportunity to support top-tier attorneys in complex, high-profile litigation cases in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide litigation support in all phases of plaintiff-side civil litigation, including personal injury, employment, or class action matters.
+ Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, correspondence, and trial documents.
+ Assist with trial preparation, including document management, exhibit preparation, and coordination with witnesses and experts.
+ Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
+ Conduct legal and factual research, including locating and reviewing medical records, employment files, and other relevant documentation.
+ Communicate effectively with clients, courts, vendors, and internal legal staff.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 5+ years of litigation experience, specifically on the plaintiff side.
+ Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program strongly preferred.
+ Strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures in California state and federal courts.
+ Proficiency with legal software such as Trial Director, Relativity, or similar document management systems.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
