    Description

    We’re looking for a skilled and driven Software Engineer with strong experience in Java development and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications and services in the cloud. The ideal candidate has a passion for clean code, performance optimization, and building cloud-native applications.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable Java applications

    + Build and deploy cloud-native services using AWS technologies (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway)

    + Collaborate with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments

    + Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices

    + Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA to deliver end-to-end features

    + Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance and reliability

    + Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed in cloud environments

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + 3+ years of professional experience in software development with Java

    + Hands-on experience with AWS services and deploying applications in the cloud

    + Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and serverless computing

    + Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)

    + Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and unit/integration testing frameworks

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)

    + Knowledge of event-driven architecture (e.g., SNS, SQS, Kinesis)

    + Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)

    + Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a DevOps environment
