    Description

    A boutique, client-centered Portland law firm, specializing in construction and real estate litigation, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm provides high-quality legal counsel to their clients, focusing on complex litigation matters. With strong mentorship opportunities and a collaborative atmosphere, this firm fosters professional growth while prioritizing work-life balance and remote flexibility.

    Key Responsibilities include:

    + Managing litigation cases including motions practice, discovery, mediations, and depositions.

    + Collaborating with partners and supporting trial strategy and preparation for complex matters.

    + Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.

    Salary and Benefits:

    The salary range for this position is $130,000–$190,000 + bonuses based on performance. Benefits available with this position include employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage (100% premiums paid for employee and family); life and disability insurance; 401(k) contributions with profit sharing; flexible PTO.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + J.D. and Oregon bar license required.

    + 4+ years of civil litigation experience

    + Excellent litigation skills including motions practice, legal research, and document drafting.
