    As an Estate Planning Paralegal, you will be a key player in both client interaction and legal document preparation. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-centered, purpose-driven environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Meet with clients to assist with questions and review documents

    + Draft and prepare estate planning documents, probate petitions, and accountings

    + Perform data entry using Microsoft Word and internal legal software

    + Draft correspondence to clients, courts, financial institutions, and related parties

    + Research legal issues and gather asset information as needed

    + Maintain accurate case timelines and meet all legal deadlines

    + Participate in team meetings and provide input on firm operations and client matters

    + Collaborate daily with attorneys and other paralegals

    + Bring creativity and attention to detail to each case file

    Requirements
