    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced reporting, visualization, and analytics. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, SQL, and basic programming skills to support automation and data integration efforts.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI

    + Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

    + Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, actionable insights

    + Automate recurring reporting processes using scripting (e.g., Python, R, or VBA)

    + Work with data engineers to ensure accurate and consistent data pipelines

    + Identify trends, patterns, and outliers through data analysis to support strategic decision-making

    + Translate data into compelling visual stories to communicate findings effectively

    + Ensure data quality and integrity in reporting and analytics outputs

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

    + 2+ years of experience in a BI or data analytics role

    + Strong proficiency with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report creation)

    + Solid experience writing and optimizing SQL queries (T-SQL, MySQL, or similar)

    + Basic programming or scripting experience (e.g., Python, R, VBA)

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with data warehousing or ETL processes

    + Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

    + Knowledge of Excel macros or advanced formulas

    + Experience with additional BI tools like Tableau or SSRS is a plus
