    Description

    + Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in developing forecasts and budgets that align with company goals and provide insight into cost-saving opportunities.

    + Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic projects.

    + Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc financial analysis to answer urgent business questions or evaluate unique opportunities.

    + Variance Analysis: Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and variances, and presenting findings to leadership.

    + Data Consolidation: Aggregate and analyze data across multiple teams or business units to identify risks, opportunities, and financial drivers.

    + Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to support decision-making at various organizational levels.

    + Process Improvement: Evaluate existing financial processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or CFA designation is a plus.

    + Experience:

    + A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a closely related role.

    + Prior contract, consulting, or project-based work experience is advantageous.

    + Technical Skills:

    + Proficiency with financial software and systems such as [SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar].

    + Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

    + Exposure to SQL or other data querying tools is a bonus.

    + Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex deadlines in a dynamic environment.
