Description

Robert Half is partnering with a Local Company; and sourcing for a Paralegal to play a pivotal part in managing legal and administrative processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting franchise-related activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Director of Compliance

• Oversee and manage updates and modifications for Company's multiple locations, ensuring compliance with legal standards and maintenance of ancillary documentation

• Serve as the primary administrator for the contract database, maintaining accuracy and accessibility of records.

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.

• Maintain case management systems to track deadlines, progress, and outcomes of legal matters.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address legal and administrative needs.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in handling contracts, including drafting, review, and database management.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, paralegal certification, or a related field preferred.
