    •️ 3–7 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics

    •️ Proven ability to build and tune models, automate workflows, and communicate insights clearly

    •️ Familiarity with cross-functional environments — working with analysts, engineers, and stakeholders

    •️ Comfortable owning models from exploration to deployment

    Technical Skills We Love to See:

    + Languages: Python, SQL, R

    + Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn

    + Machine Learning: Classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems

    + Model Ops (optional but a plus): MLflow, Airflow, Docker

    + Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB

    + Statistical Concepts: A/B testing, hypothesis testing, forecasting, multivariate analysis

    + Business Tools: Excel, Google Analytics, CRM data, marketing attribution models
