Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Developer to join our technology team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining our ERP system to support and enhance critical business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within our ERP environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules to meet business requirements

+ Integrate ERP with other internal and third-party applications

+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand functional needs and translate them into technical specifications

+ Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts within the ERP system

+ Perform system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning

+ Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues in a timely manner

+ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across ERP modules

+ Maintain documentation for technical processes and configurations

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

+ 3+ years of ERP development experience (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Infor, or similar)

+ Proficient in SQL, scripting languages, and ERP-specific development tools

+ Strong understanding of business processes such as finance, supply chain, HR, or manufacturing

+ Experience with integration technologies such as APIs, EDI, or middleware

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP Cloud, or NetSuite

+ Familiarity with reporting tools such as SSRS, Power BI, or Tableau

+ Experience with Agile development methodologies

+ Knowledge of ERP system administration and security best practices
