Description We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Albany, New York. In this role, you will provide technical support for a variety of hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring smooth operations across the organization. This position requires a strong background in troubleshooting and resolving IT challenges efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

• Configure and maintain Dell and Apple devices to ensure optimal performance.

• Manage and support Active Directory, including user account setup and permissions.

• Assist with Android device setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Handle Citrix and Cisco technologies to support remote access and networking needs.

• Perform system backups and maintain backup technologies to safeguard critical data.

• Implement and manage configuration changes for hardware and software systems.

• Collaborate with team members to document and resolve recurring technical issues.

• Conduct regular system updates and ensure compliance with security protocols. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in desktop support or a related IT role.

• Proficiency in working with Dell and Apple technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Active Directory for user and system management.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco and Citrix technologies.

• Familiarity with Android development and device management.

• Expertise in computer hardware troubleshooting and configuration.
