Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, build reports, and optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources

+ Develop dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or similar tools

+ Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data

+ Identify key trends, patterns, and insights to support business strategies

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions

+ Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences

+ Support data integrity and data governance best practices

Requirements

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

+ 4+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role

+ Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

+ Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced formulas

+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience with Python or R for data analysis

+ Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

+ Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

+ Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
