Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both private equity and hedge fund operations while collaborating with senior leadership to drive financial excellence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to align financial processes with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Oversee corporate tax processes, including preparation, filing, and adherence to relevant regulations.

• Lead cash management initiatives, including forecasting and maintaining liquidity for operational needs.

• Collaborate with managing partners and investment teams to support financial strategy and decision-making.

• Prepare and analyze financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries from auditors.

• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Handle ad hoc financial projects as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost optimization. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the fund administrator, private equity, family office environment

• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Solid understanding of corporate tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• Expertise in general ledger management and financial reporting.

• Proven ability to manage cash flow and oversee liquidity planning.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with senior management and team members.
