    Description

    We are seeking a results-driven BI Developer to join our analytics team and play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using tools like Power BI, SQL, and other analytics platforms

    + Build robust data models, DAX measures, and visuals to meet business requirements

    + Collaborate with business users to gather reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications

    + Optimize and troubleshoot existing reports and queries for performance and accuracy

    + Develop and maintain ETL processes and ensure data quality and consistency

    + Work with data engineers and DBAs to manage data sources, APIs, and integrations

    + Support ad hoc analysis and custom reporting requests from various departments

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications

    + 3+ years of experience in a BI Developer or similar role

    + Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query

    + Proficient in writing complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation

    + Solid understanding of data modeling and relational database concepts

    + Experience working with data warehouses, cubes, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)

    + Ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)

    + Familiarity with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS

    + Exposure to Python or R for data analysis is a plus

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills
