Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP IBP Consultant who will be catering to North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

**Location:** Troy, MI. Work from home - Hybrid.

Job Summary:

As an SAP IBP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes for our global operations. Focusing on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules, you will ensure seamless integration and functionality across various platforms. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation, contributing to the company's strategic goals and enhancing societal impact.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions to optimize supply chain processes.

+ Oversee the integration of SAP IBP SDI and CPI-DS to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

+ Provide expert guidance on SAP IBP Control Tower functionalities to enhance visibility and decision-making

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP IBP Order-based Planning for improved order management

+ Drive the utilization of SAP IBP Supply & TS Optimizer to achieve optimal supply chain performance.

+ Facilitate the deployment of SAP IBP Inventory solutions to maintain accurate inventory levels.

+ Implement SAP IBP Demand planning strategies to forecast and meet market demands effectively.

+ Coordinate SAP IBP S&OP processes to align operational plans with business objectives.

+ Ensure the hybrid work model supports efficient collaboration and productivity.

+ Utilize domain skills in Manufacturing Intelligence & Analytics to enhance SAP IBP functionalities.

+ Apply knowledge of Manufacturing and Supply Chain to tailor SAP IBP solutions to industry needs.

+ Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high operational standards.

+ Contribute to strategic initiatives that align with the company's purpose and societal impact.

Qualifications:

+ Mandatory technical skills in SAP IBP SDI, CPI-DS, Control Tower, Order-based Planning, Supply & TS Optimizer, Inventory, Demand, and S&OP.

+ Experience in Manufacturing Intelligence & Analytics and Manufacturing and Supply Chain is a plus.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges.

+ Proficiency in hybrid work environments to ensure effective communication and collaboration

+ Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with SAP IBP advancements.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
